Playlists
The playlists are an additional way to discover or promote artists on SellaBand. You can listen here to playlists made by other members or compose your own playlist to share. There are three kinds of playlists:

Public playlists
Public playlists are visible and can be played by everybody. You can also subscribe to a public playlist and post a comment on it.

Private playlists
Private playlists can only be seen and played by you. When creating a playlist from your wishlist or partslist, these will be made private by default. But you can always make them public later.

Automatic playlists
Automatic playlists are generated by the system and contain tracks that are in different charts.

Standalone player
On top of every playlist there is a link "listen to this playlist". When you click it a popup will open with an extended player. If you like the track you are listening to you can either click on the picture of the artist, or on the arrow on the right, to go directly to the artist’s profile. Here you can add the artist to your wishlist or buy a part immediately.

Login for all functionalities
To create or subscribe to a playlist you must be logged in.
To login use the “club” link at the top of every page on the SellaBand mainsite (you must of course be logged in at Sellaband at that moment)

Subscriptions
You can subscribe to a playlist you like. You can then easily find it under the "my subscriptions" link and also post a comment on the playlist.

Creating Playlists
To create a playlist go to "my playlists". There you can click "create new playlist”, "create playlist from wishlist" or "create playlist from parts". To add, move or delete a track, click on "edit playlist" which allows you to search for artists and tracks. By clicking on a track in the search result you add the track to the bottom of your playlist. Click on the "trash bin" next to the track title to delete it from your list, or use the "handle" to the left of the trash bin to shift your track up or down in the list.
